    Founded in 1996, Q Apartments Copenhagen is the largest provider of serviced and furnished accommodation in Scandinavia, with its headquarters located in Copenhagen, Denmark.

    With over 1000 units under management and over 250 of these units owned by Q Group Holding, our financial results show an impressive position.

    Q Apartments Copenhagen has been able to grow the portfolio to these numbers by a blend of qualities, including a passion for excellent customer service, unrivalled attention to detail and significant investment into information systems.

    The amount of International business travel and expats has increased significantly over the years. This in turn has led to the requirement of quality accommodation. Q Apartments Copenhagen has taken advantage of this by providing a home away from home concept for business travellers who need longer-term stays.

    Our Office

    Our offices are located in Valby, Maskinparken, alongside a number of the largest Danish companies. It’s a new modern area, and we are very proud of our new office with an international look. We are always very happy to welcome you to our company.

    Reservations department

    We have a very dedicated reservations department with highly professional team members. They have been in the industry for more than 20 years and know their way around all parts of Copenhagen. They have massive experience in finding the right accommodation for every single client, no matter what the requirements may be. We will always try to meet your individual needs, such as an extension of your stay, additional beds for family or visitors, and enabling you to bring your pet.

    Contract department

    We have a very dedicated administration/contract department with employees that have been with us for more than 2 decades. We are here to advise you and answer any questions you may have. We are very experienced in advising and helping expats relocate to Copenhagen, and are here to help you in any way.

    Service department

    We pride ourselves on our transparent and flexible service. We offer 24-hour emergency service, to put your mind at ease.

    Our commitment is to make your stay as smooth and effortless as possible. Our dynamic team will give an immediate phone or email response to your questions or concerns.

    Housekeeping department

    We have our own internal housekeeping team, here to serve you. Besides cleaning the apartments when you move out, we offer all kinds of cleaning services. We can provide weekly cleaning, bi-weekly cleaning, or at any interval, you may require. Just contact our Housekeeping department and we will forward an offer to you. Our cleaning service includes a fresh change of linen.
