Our locations are in the most central neighborhoods of Copenhagen.
Wonderful Christianshavn is made up of a group of small islands, making the area is a real charmer – with hip cafes, restaurants, canals and house boats in bright colours. You will find the area just south of the city center making it super easy to reach on bike, by metro or on foot. Indeed, it is ideal to explore the area by bike, on foot along the quays or even from the waterside. The group of small islands that make up this area, is perhaps mostly known for Freetown Christiania, but is worth visiting for many other reasons too : Copenhagen Street Food, Noma (best restaurant in the world) and of course the canals. Originally a classic working-class neighbourhood, Christianshavn developed a bohemian reputation in the 1970s and it is now a fashionable, diverse and lively part of the city with its own distinctive personality. Businessmen, students, artists, hippies and traditional families with children live side by side. Dominated by canals, it is the part of Copenhagen with the most nautical atmosphere.
