How long can I rent for?
From 30 days up to two years. Tell us your dates when you request to book and we’ll match you with an apartment that fits.
When can I move in?
The first apartments are ready from 4 January 2027.
What does it cost?
Rent starts at DKK 13,000 a month for a 2-room apartment, plus utilities paid on account. You pay a deposit of DKK 20,000 and one month’s rent in advance.
What’s in the apartment?
Everything you need to live from day one: furniture, a full kitchen with dishwasher, a washing machine and tumble dryer, fibre wi-fi and a private balcony.
